I am a new patient of Redeemed Smiles and I really like the people there and had a positive experience with the latest x-ray machine that does a 360 scan around your whole head to really see your teeth and jaw bone structure so they can make sure what they're dealing with and if everything is ok or not. I feel Lezley did a great job x-raying my teeth and cleaning my teeth also flossing my teeth too. I also received a fluoride treatment too. I then met Dr.John and he checked my teeth out and educated me on my options for my dental procedures in the future! He explained to me how dental implants were installed and showed me a model of the actual implants. I feel like he answered all my questions and I'm going to be well taken care of here at Redeemed Smiles! ~ terry h

Dr. Fullington and his staff are awesome!!! I've never seen an entire office full of employees that are so happy and helpful with anything you need, and appear happy to be at work. Walking into their office is like walking into a family get together. They are so welcoming and are genuinely happy to see you. I'm guaranteed to leave having spent 95% of my time laughing, which isn't something you think of doing while at the dentist. They're very sensitive to your needs. So far, I've had the remainder of my teeth pulled and received dentures, which are working out great. I'll be receiving implants soon, and anticipate that this experience will be as wonderful as the ones I've already experienced. I had such a great experience at this dental office! The entire team was incredibly caring, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely care about educating their patients—not just treating you and sending you on your way. They took the time to clearly explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I understood how to better take care of my dental health moving forward. You can tell they truly have their patients’ best interests at heart. I felt comfortable, informed, and well taken care of the entire time. I CAN NOT RAVE ABOUT THIS PLACE ENOUGH! HONESTLY AND I am not the type of person to even leave reviews. In fact this is my first one ever! The ENTIRE STAFF is more than welcoming and I truly just felt the good vibes every time I walked in. And I am an obnoxious silly person and some dont know how to take me. BUT INSTANTLY I felt like I knew everyone for decades! I was nervous about it all but I never felt judged just accepted and liked! AND the main man on campus is a MASTER OF HIS CRAFT! NEVER IN MY LIFE. Did I think getting all my top teeth pulled and getting a denture would be FUN! BUT IT WAS! All in all I didnt just leave with a great smile I left with new friends!!!!!! This was my first dentist visit in about 5 years and Im glad I came across this office online I was well pleased with how nice and welcoming everyone was! I was very nervous but no one was judge-mental at all quite the opposite and Lezley my dental hygienist was so genuine, sweet and helpful offering tips to keep my teeth and gums healthy! The hygienist and doctor made sure to touch on any concerns I had and was very honest and informative. Even the front desk who broke down a dental plan, just very nice and informative! I could tell they were interested in making the patient comfortable but also finding what was best for the patient and I was just overall very happy with this office and experience! ~ Kandra H

The staff is kind, patient, thorough, candid, and conservative as far as dentists go. I have immense appreciation for a dentist who recognizes not every cavity needs to be drilled on, because that's not an action you can undo. Their color-coded charts to identify previous treatment, current action plans, and areas to watch make caring for children's teeth much simpler. They also do a wonderful job of explaining which care needs to be prioritized if you're in a family of seven and everyone has something that needs to be addressed. From Sergio and Rachel (the sweet office staff), to Lezley and Brittany (our dental hygienists), Dr. Fullington has put together an incredible team willing to walk parents through family dental care with grace and wisdom. I was looking for new dentures; and Googled Redeemed Smiles after telling them on the phone the reason & the problem I was having. They set me up with an appt. I met with everyone there and told how embarrassed and unhappy I was and what I thought I was getting from the ones that are barely a year old .They listened to me and showed me they really cared, if your need new dentures or replacements this is the place you to go. You will not be disappointed, by any means ! They work as a team and all of them make you feel very comfortable, and in a situation like mine that meant so must. January 22, 2024 This is a Great Dentist office. Everybody is Great here. I had a Dentist prior to this one. I'm changing my Dentist because this one is so great. The Doctor is Great. He told me things about my mouth that I needed done, that my other Dentist never said any thing about. I know my health will be better dealing with redeemed smiled. The nurse the people at the Front desk the doctors everybody is great. I'm glad I come here. I would recommend them to any and everybody. This is a great Dentist office. U can feel God in this place. The best Dentist I have ever been to. Thank u do much for making me healthier. I appreciate everything u have done for me. Thanks for treating me so nice and helping me. This was my first visit to this office and everyone was extremely nice. I was a little confused when arriving since I received reminders to arrive early, but the doors were still locked for their lunch break. After that everything went very smoothly. The man checking people in was very friendly and efficient. My dental hygienist Lezley was knowledgeable, informative, and fun to chat with. She offered tips in a non-judgemental way and was also thorough with the cleaning. Dr. Fullington was also kind and willing to stay and answer any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this office for anyone searching for friendly faces and competent dental services. ~ Emily J

My husband lost his denture. How you lose your teeth is beyond me, but anyway lol, he needed a replacement and fast. I googled same day denture and came across Redeemed Smiles. I left a message and Sergio was quick to return my call. He set us up with an appointment the very next day! All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. This facility has their own lab on location! No need to wait weeks to months for your new smile, they really can have them done in one day! I recommend scheduling the first appointment of the day as this is a three step process, but so worth it! My husband doesn't have insurance, but they were able to get us financed no problem! We had a small down payment and low and very affordable monthly payments. His teeth look amazing! I am so glad I found this place and I highly recommend them! Where do I start? First of all five stars is not enough. If I could give Redeemed Smiles all the stars in the sky I would because they would deserve them. From the first phone call to my last goodbye and everytime between then everyone here made me feel at home. Not only did they accommodate myself with all the crazy things I had and have going on in my life they also accommodated my 3 pound Chihuahua Bella when I had an appointment and no one to watch her. Everyone here is the sweetest and I could not have asked for a better dental team. If you go to another dental office then you are just crazy because no other dental team can out shine this one. Every single person at Redeemed Smiles that I interacted with from the front office check in, x-ray techs, Dental Hygienist, and the Owner & Dentist John Fullington. Everyone did everything they could to make me comfortable. Each one of them took the time that was needed to answer every question I had. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease with everything and by the time I left my teeth sparkled. I left with a clear understanding of a treatment plan that was just for me. I had a tooth needing a filling repaired for some time. Unfortunately before I could have it repaired it broke. A quick search of dentists with the highest rating for quality and also very quick to schedule emergencies brought me to Redeemed Smiles. I lucked out & was scheduled immediately. The work completed was completely painless, including the following day, staff & dentist were all so friendly & were able to accommodate my busy schedule including for follow ups. Lezlie J is the best I am a new patient to the office between the receptionists, the assistants, Lezlie, and doctor Fullington it made it seem like I’d been coming here for years other than the fact I need a lot of work to correct some cosmetic blemishes and a couple other more deeply rooted issues. I am not one to usually do such a quick review as the old adage goes nothing lasts forever but in this case and as far as my forever is concerned I’ve found my new home for the care of these soon to be straighter, healthier and more pearly whites!!! The first picture is no where near a good pic of how horrible my teeth were, I had damage from years of orthodontic work and then my kids of sucking all the calcium they could from me.. after years of not smiling, feeling like I was an embarrassment to my kids and husband I finally reached out and got help so I could be proud of my smile again and find my confidence again and that’s exactly what Redeem Smiles has done for me! Best dental clinic in the area. Dont settle for less i have been to almost every dental clinic in the area. With a large amount of work to be done thisvis tge most professional and caring clinic I have been to. They are very good at being on time and move with a since of purpose. I had questions and was given very comprehensive explanations for my treatment plan. They worked to get all of mt VA paperwork approved and are very veteran friendly. Dr Fullington has been incredible. After not seeing a dentist for a few years and seeing one and having a bad experience, I was very nervous to try yet another dentist! But from the first call to schedule with Sergio, to the cleaning, and now a cavity fix, every member of the staff has been incredibly kind and so nice! 10 out of 10! I would recommend this place for anyone with anxiety or health conditions. My husband suffers from health issues and we have struggled to find a dentist for a few years that he was comfortable with. They were very upfront with him and talked him through the whole process and answered all his questions. Had a wonderful Christian atmosphere as well. I can’t give a good enough rating. For a very long time, I’ve have (had) a horrible fear of going back to the dentist. I called them one day because a friend of mine went there. Just the conversation on the phone had me at so much peace. Im 43 yes old and I have cried at a dental consultant before, just because of my fear and anxiety with dentist. I had 3 teeth pulled yesterday when I went there, I didn’t shed a tear 🤣🤣. And it’s been over 24 hours and I still have no pain. I would go back tomorrow if I had too.
